Collection: Silhouettes

Our line of reproduction folk art features the silhouette.  Silhouettes are typically a portrait in which the outline of a person is created and cut out on black paper.  A popular way to capture the image of a loved one before the camera was invented, silhouettes were quite popular and common in the early 1800's.
 
Now you can have a reproduction silhouette with some iconic images of famous Americans - including George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln.  Also available are many other popular motifs, including children and families.
